Ingredients

  • Grated carrot 2 cup


  • All purpose flour 1 cup


  • Banana 2 mashed


  • Raisins 1/2 cup


  • Walnut 1/2 cup


  • Green cardamom powder 1 tsp


  • Oil 1/2 cup


  • Sugar 1 cup


  • Brown sugar 1/4 cup


  • Milk 2 tbsp


  • Baking powder 1 tsp


  • Silver balls 2 tbsp

Directions

  • Preheat the oven in 180 degree for 10 mins Sieve the flour for two to three times Take a large bowl combine all purpose flour, sugar,grated carrot,banana,cardamom powder,oil,milk,baking powder,raisins and walnuts and mix well.. Grease the dish and pour the batter on the mould. Bake in the oven for 30 - 35 mins. Garnish with silver balls
