Chop dark chocolate. Melt it in a double boiler method or in microwave for 1 minutes. If using microwave keep checking every after 10 seconds. Keep stirring after each cooking interval. Do this till chocolate melts completely.
Add condensed milk, Butter, Vanilla essence. Mix. Microwave it for 10-15 seconds. Mix well till mixtures combines well.
Add roughly broken Marie biscuits into chocolate mixture. Mix well until all the biscuits coated well with chocolate.
Cut a length of parchment pepper or butter pepper long enough to line the bottom of the pan.
Pour the biscuit-chocolate mixture into the pan. Press well from all the sides
In a sauce pan boil cream. Add chopped chocolate and a drop of vanilla essence. Mix well until chocolate dissolves.
Let the mixture cool completely. Pour this mixture on biscuit mixture. Spread well using butter knife or spatula.
Cover tin with foil. Transfer it into the refrigerator. Remove it after 4-5 hrs or let it sit there overnight.
Cut and serve.
