Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 200 gm condensed milk


  • 1 teaspoon Pineapple essence


  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda


  • Canned Pineapple slices 10 -12 and syrup ( Use any established Brand )


  • 1 teaspoon apple cider Vinegar


  • Whipped Cream 1 small bowl


  • Maida 2 Cups


  • 100 gm Butter at room temperature


  • Pineapple jelly 4-5 tablespoon (take neutral glaze jelly add pineapple flavour to it, mix well.)

Directions

  • Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • In a big bowl, add the Condensed milk and butter .
  • Whisk gently till it comes together.
  • Sieve the maida 3 times along with the baking powder and baking soda.
  • Add the maida mix to the Condensed milk and butter mixture.
  • Add the pineapple essence and vinger, whisk gently
  • Pour in the Greece baking tin and bake for 50 minutes till done.
  • Remove from the oven.Cool the tin for 10 minutes and demould the cake.Cut the cake horizontally in 2 or 3 layers.Apply the pineapple syrup on the inside layers.Arrange the bottom layer on a serving plate.Apply the whipped cream and put in a few pineapple PCs all over this layer. Place another cake layer and repeat.Lastly, place the top layer and apply the cream on the top and sides.

  • Garnish with glazed pineapple jelly and canned pineapple pieces. Decorate the cake as per your wish.
