Ingredients

  • Maida 1 1/2cup

  • Cocoa powder 2 tbsp

  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1/4 tsp

  • Tomato Red colour 1tsp

  • Buttermilk 1cup

  • Butter 1/4 cup

  • Powdered Sugar 1 cup

  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

  • Egg 2

  • Baking Soda 1/4 tsp

  • Vinegar 1/2 tsp

  • Whipped cream 1 small bowl

  • Sugar water syrup 3-4 tablespoon

Directions

    Sift flour , salt , baking powder , cocoa powder and salt

    Beat butter , sugar ,vanilla essence and egg

    Add food colour to buttermilk

  • 04

    Add little flour mixture and buttermilk mixture and mix in

    Take vinegar and baking soda and mix

  • 06

    Give a quick stir and add to the batter and mix well

    Pre -Heat oven at 180 degree for 10 minutes

    Pour the batter in Greece baking cake tin lined with butter paper sheet

    Bake for 40 minutes till toothpick inserted comes out clean

    Cool well

    Now divide the mixture in layers put sugar water syrup and whipped cream in each layer, repeat the process finally cover the cake nicely all over

    From this cake, the first layer which we cut, make chura of it

    Now will use this for decorating the cake, this way

    Finally cover from all sides

    Take out in a card board

    Now make top by using piping bag, insert a star nozzle inside, serve decorated
