Take flour,baking powder and sugar in a bowl
Make a well in center and add egg yolks and oil
Add vanilla essence and mix
Take egg whites in a bowl and beat with beater
Add remaining sugar little by little and beat
Add cream of tarter and beat till stiff peaks
Our egg white mix is ready
Now beat flour,sugar mix
And fold in egg white mix
Line moulds and pour mixture in it
And bake for 35 min.at 180 degrer
Our cake is ready let it cool
Then cut horizontal and brush with sugar syrup
Then take whip cream and cream cake then cover with second half part
Again brush sugar syrup and cover with cream
Cream sides also and keep in freeze for set
Then devide cream in two parts and add yellow colour in one part
Fill both cream in piping bags and pipe cream on cake
Take a mango and scoop it
Now make design on cake and put scoops in center
Sprinkle silver or gold balls
Garnish with mint
Serve cold
