Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1.5 cup flour


  • 150 gram sugar


  • 3 egg whites 1 egg white


  • 3 egg yolks


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1/4 tsp cream of tarter


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1/4 cup oil


  • 1/2 cup milk


  • 2 cup whipped cream


  • 1 mango


  • 2 drops of yellow food colour


  • 1/2 cup Silver balls


  • 10 Mint leaves for garnish

Directions

  • Take flour,baking powder and sugar in a bowl
  • Make a well in center and add egg yolks and oil
  • Add vanilla essence and mix
  • Take egg whites in a bowl and beat with beater
  • Add remaining sugar little by little and beat
  • Add cream of tarter and beat till stiff peaks
  • Our egg white mix is ready
  • Now beat flour,sugar mix
  • And fold in egg white mix
  • Line moulds and pour mixture in it
  • And bake for 35 min.at 180 degrer
  • Our cake is ready let it cool
  • Then cut horizontal and brush with sugar syrup
  • Then take whip cream and cream cake then cover with second half part
  • Again brush sugar syrup and cover with cream
  • Cream sides also and keep in freeze for set
  • Then devide cream in two parts and add yellow colour in one part
  • Fill both cream in piping bags and pipe cream on cake
  • Take a mango and scoop it
  • Now make design on cake and put scoops in center
  • Sprinkle silver or gold balls
  • Garnish with mint
  • Serve cold
