Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp sprig vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup choco chips
  • 1/2 cup curd

Directions

  • Preheat microwave foe 5 minutes
  • Grease rectangular mould
  • Mix sugar,curd and oil till well combined
  • Add essence,baking soda and baking powder and mix
  • Add flour and cocoa powder and mic
  • Add choco chips and transfer batter in mould and bake it for 25 minutes or till the toothpick inserted comes out clear
  • Cool down and cut in pieces
