Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • For cake base - 1 cup all purpose flour


  • 1 cup sugar powdered


  • 1 teaspoon baking soda


  • 2 teaspoon baking powder


  • 1 cup milk


  • 2 teaspoons sprig Golden matcha powder


  • For icing - 1 cup whipped cream


  • 50 gram dark chocolate melted


  • For Honey comb- 2 teaspoon sprig Golden matcha powder


  • 50 gram white chocolate melted


  • 1 pcs bubble wrap in round shape


  • for garnish - 2 pcs strawberries

Directions

  • In a bowl add milk and powdered sugar mix well.
  • In a bowl add all purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda.
  • Now add 2 tsp baking powder.
  • Add 2 tsp Sprig Golden Matcha powder.
  • sieve the all dry ingredients.
  • Preheat the oven at 180°c for 10 minutes.
  • now add dry ingredients in the wet ingredients and mix well.
  • Make a lamp free better for a cake.
  • Grease the cake mould and pour the batter in it.
  • Now bake it for 30 minutes at 180°c.
  • In a bowl add whipped cream and beat for 3 to 4 minutes. add melted dark chocolate and again beat for 3 - 4 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes our cake base is ready properly check it and cool it completely.
  • Now demould the cake and cut into 4 equal parts.
  • Now start icing for cake take a cake board and spread 1 spoon whipped cream on it.
  • Arrange first layer of cake on the cake board and spread sugar syrup.
  • spread whipped cream evenly.
  • Repeat that procedure 4 times.
  • spread whipped cream top of the cake and all over the sides.
  • Now microwave the white chocolate for 2 minutes melt it properly and add 2 tsp Sprig Golden Matcha Powder .
  • Mix well and spread on bubble wrap evenly.
  • Arrange the bubble wrap on the top of the cake.
  • keep it in fridge for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes remove the bubble wrap.
  • Now garnish with strawberries and honey comb shavings .
