Maida 2 cups
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Milk powder 1/2 cup
Melted Amul Butter 1/2 cups
Powdered Sugar 1 cups
Full Fat milk 1 cups
chopped cashews or pistachio 1 tbsp
colourfull tutti-fruity 2 tbsp
green gel or liquid food colour 2 drop
Pista essence 1/2 tsp
Preheat oven @180C for 10 minutes, until you can prepare the cake batter.
Grease and line a baking tray or a loaf pan like I am using here today.
Sift together maida, baking powder and soda twice or thrice.
In a bowl add the liquid ingredients and beat well. First add melted butter and sugar and mix well.
Then add milk powder to the mixture a d beat
Now add the essence and food colour and mix well.
Mix the batter well. Add water if batter is very thick
Pour in prepared pan and level the top with a spatula.
Sprinkle chopped nuts and tutti fruity on top.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Serve warm with tea at anytime of the day
