Ingredients

  • Maida 2 cup


  • Cornflour 1/4 cup


  • Baking powder 2 tso


  • Baking soda 1 tsp


  • Butter 110 gram


  • Milk 1 1/4 cup


  • Sugar 1 cup


  • Pineapple essence 1 tsp

Directions

  • First seive all dry ingredients
  • Cream the butter and sugar till become white and fluffy.
  • Add dry ingredients and mix well
  • Now add milk and mix well
  • Now add pineapple essence and mix well.
  • Dusting a 9 inch pan and add mixture in it.
  • Preheat oven at 180 degree for 10 minutes
  • Now bake the cake for 45_50 minutes at 180 degree
  • Check the cake with a tooth pick
  • Let it cool
  • Now cover the cake with chocolate ganache
  • For making ganache microwave 100 gram chocolate and 300 gram cream . Add 1 tbsp butter mix well.
  • Let it cool and cover cake with it. keep it in the fridge to set.
  • Now knead fondant well and add sky blue color to it.
  • Roll it as per the size of the cake
  • Cover cake with fondant and set it well
  • Now make all figures by fondant
  • Arrange all figure at appropriate place on cake.
  • Cake is ready. Keep it in a ac room till serving..
