Maida 2 cup
Cornflour 1/4 cup
Baking powder 2 tso
Baking soda 1 tsp
Butter 110 gram
Milk 1 1/4 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Pineapple essence 1 tsp
First seive all dry ingredients
Cream the butter and sugar till become white and fluffy.
Add dry ingredients and mix well
Now add milk and mix well
Now add pineapple essence and mix well.
Dusting a 9 inch pan and add mixture in it.
Preheat oven at 180 degree for 10 minutes
Now bake the cake for 45_50 minutes at 180 degree
Check the cake with a tooth pick
Let it cool
Now cover the cake with chocolate ganache
For making ganache microwave 100 gram chocolate and 300 gram cream . Add 1 tbsp butter mix well.
Let it cool and cover cake with it. keep it in the fridge to set.
Now knead fondant well and add sky blue color to it.
Roll it as per the size of the cake
Cover cake with fondant and set it well
Now make all figures by fondant
Arrange all figure at appropriate place on cake.
Cake is ready. Keep it in a ac room till serving..
