soak chopped dates in hot milk for 30 to 45 minutes.
blend them well.
in a bowl add dates paste, olive oil, yoghurt and blend smooth till well combined.
in a separate bowl add wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and mix nicely
now add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and blend them properly
add milk, vanilla essence and whisk till smooth consistency and then add chopped walnuts and dates and mix by way of cut and fold method with the help of a spatula
preheat oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
transfer the batter into a greased loft tin and sprinkle chopped Walnuts on top and bake at 180 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
