2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Coffee
maple Syrup 4 tablespoon
3/4 Cup Butter to put in maida mixture and 1/2 cup needed for Frosting of mixture
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 tsp Salt
4-5 tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 tablespoon drinking chocolate powder
Sugar water syrup 2-3 tablespoons
1 small bowl whipped cream
Preheat oven to 180 Degrees for 10 minutes
Mix together almond milk and apple cider vinegar and whisk to combine.
Add in the melted butter, vanilla, coffee. Mix to combine.
Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cocoa and drinking chocolate
Add sugar to dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
Beat well until thoroughly combined.
Greece aluminium cake tin, dust with maida, pour batter inside and bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick placed in center comes out clean. Let cool.
Now whip peanut butter, butter, whipped cream and sweetener until smooth and ready for frosting
Keep in fridge for sometime
Now cut the cake in layers, put sugar water syrup along with whipped peanut butter icing, repeat the process
Now cover it nicely from all the sides, make a design of your own choice, put drops of whipped cream on top of cake....you may put choco chips or choco shavings or curls....means anything of ur choice. I didn't used anything here on top of cake because the cake itself has its own yummy flavour, just made rounds using caramel
