Sieve maida and baking powder together, Keep aside.
On the other side beat eggs add oil and sugar.. again beat well.
Now add the above sieved maida mixture into the egg mixture and again beat well..at the same time add cocoa powder and drinking chocolate also
Lastly take aluminum cake utensil. greece it with oil, dust with maida, pour the cake batter into it and Keep in microwave preheated convection mode for 50 minutes at 150 degree temperature. (First preheat for 10minutes then place the cake tin inside and set the temperature to 50min)
When it beeps, open the door of microwave, check it using toothpick, if it comes out clean that means the cake is ready, take out the cake n cool it.
Decorate nicely by using the whipped cream,divide it in halves, on one portion apply sugar water syrup to make it wet then apply the whipped cream, repeat the process once more,cover it nicely
On the other side melt chocolate slab in microwave borosil bowl for 30 to 40 sec...it may take few more seconds to get melted, see yourself this thing(note do not use any plastic utensil, use only glass borosil bowl)
Spread evenly on butter paper sheet and let it set for few minutes
Cut chocolate shavings/ curls for garnishing
Put karonda on top, serve decorated
