  • Cake recipe: Plain flour 2 cups

  • 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup Soya oil

  • 3/4 cup curd

  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon Blueberry emulsion

  • Topping: 1 cup chilled whipping cream

  • 1/4 cup condensed milk

  • 125 grams chopped white chocolate

  • 1/4 cup cream cheese


  • In a bowl add curd, beat well. Preheat the oven @180C till you prepare the cake batter.
  • Add sugar and mix well
  • Now add oil and mix
  • Sift in the flour to the liquid mix
  • Also add in the baking powder, soda, salt and cocoa powder
  • Add in the blueberry emulsion.
  • Mix everything well until well combined
  • Pour in lined cupcake moulds upto 3/4 full
  • Bake in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes @180C
  • Once toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean that means your cake is ready. cool them completely before frosting the cupcakes
  • Beat chilled whipping cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks.
  • Add chilled condensed milk and cream cheese and beat till well incorporated
  • Melt chocolate in a double boiler or in a microwave. once cooled add to the whipped cream and beat well.
  • Fill topping in a piping bag with a round tip nozzle
  • Pipe the toppings on all the cupcakes.
  • Sprinkle some crumbs of the cake to decorate.
