In a bowl add curd, beat well. Preheat the oven @180C till you prepare the cake batter.
Add sugar and mix well
Now add oil and mix
Sift in the flour to the liquid mix
Also add in the baking powder, soda, salt and cocoa powder
Add in the blueberry emulsion.
Mix everything well until well combined
Pour in lined cupcake moulds upto 3/4 full
Bake in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes @180C
Once toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean that means your cake is ready. cool them completely before frosting the cupcakes
Beat chilled whipping cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks.
Add chilled condensed milk and cream cheese and beat till well incorporated
Melt chocolate in a double boiler or in a microwave. once cooled add to the whipped cream and beat well.
Fill topping in a piping bag with a round tip nozzle
Pipe the toppings on all the cupcakes.
Sprinkle some crumbs of the cake to decorate.
