Whole wheat flour : 1 cup
Powdered sugar : 1/3 cup
Baking powder : 1/2 teaspoon
Baking soda : 1/5 teaspoon
Salt : 1pinch
Warm milk : 1/2 cup
Oil : 1/2 tablespoon
Coco powder 1/2 tablespoon
Sprig vanilla extract : 1 teaspoon
Cranberry : 10 pieces
White and brown Choco chips for garnishing : 1 tablespoon
First take all dry ingredients i.e. whole- wheat, baking powder, baking soda, powdered sugar and salt in a bowl sieve it twice.
Now mix vanilla extract, milk and oil separately.
Now add sieved ingredients and 6 cranberries in wet mixture in 3 batches.
Cut and fold batter very well but gently.
Now divide mixture in 2:1 ratio.
In more batter add coco powder and mix gently. Let other batter be as it is.
Now pour double coco batter and less plain batter in each silicone muffins mould. swirl batter with toothpick gently.
Garnish each muffin with choco- chips and with 1 cranberry.
Microwave high for 2 minutes. Do toothpick test . Demould after 1 minute.
Yummy, delicious and healthy muffins are ready to telish.
