  • Marie gold biscuits 20 nos

  • Melted unsalted butter 100 gram

  • Powdered sugar 2 tsps

  • All purpose flour 3/4 cup

  • Sugar powder 3/4 cup

  • Cocoa powder 1/2 cup

  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp

  • Baking soda 3/4 tsp

  • Salt 1/4 tsp

  • Egg 1

  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

  • Coffee 1/4 cup

  • Milk 1/4 cup

  • Oil 1/4 cup

  • 250 ml fresh cream

  • 3/4 cup grated dark chocolate


  • Mix crushed biscuits, 50 gram unsalted butter and 2 tsp powdered sugar. Take a oil greased pan add and level the mixture. Take a bowl add 1 egg and beat the egg and add 3/4 cup powdered sugar slowly. Add 1/2 tsp vanilla essence and 1/4 cup oil and beat until creamy. Sieve all ppourpose flour,baking powder,baking soda, cocoa powder and salt into the egg mixture. Pour 1/4 cup hot water add 1 tsp instant coffee powder. Then add 1/4 cup of milk into it . Beat the mixture in low speed. Using a spatula fold the mixture well.pour the chocolate batter on to the top of crushed biscuits. Tap the pan till it releaves air bubbles. Preheat the oven @ 170 c for 35 to 40 minutes or till it gets cooked. When cake is ready let's keep aside to get it cooled. Make chocolate ganache - take a pan boiled 250 ml fresh cream. Take 3/4 cup grated dark chocolate in a bowl pour the fresh cream into the chocolate bowl and mix well. After cool the ganache pour top of the cake. Put the cake in the refridgerator until set
