Tip: Add small quantity of water in onion, ginger garlic, tomatoes paste to get better paste otherwise the paste will stick to pot.
Tip 2: Use Pressure Cooker to cook Paye
Tip 3: For Presentation use Coriander Leaves and Garam Masala Powder

Ingredients
Serves : 4
Onion 1 Medium Sized
Garlic 1 Peeled and Minced
Ginger 4 Inches Piece Peeled and Minced
Tomatoes 2 Medium Sized
Beef Paye 2 Kg
Cooking Oil 1 Cup
Salt 1 TS
Red Chilli Powder 1 TS
Turmeric Powder 1 ts
Cumin Seeds 1 ts
Cinnamon 1 ts
Kalonji (Black Seeds) 1 ts
Coriander Seeds Powder 1 ts
Garam Masla Powder 1 TS
Coriander Leaves (Chopped) 1/2 Cup
Directions
Boil Paye in water for 5 minutes and drain. Waste the water to cut the smell
Add onion in cooking oil and fry till its color turns to light brown
Add garlic ginger paste and tomatoes in onion and fry well to get good mixture
Add all spices in mixture
Add Paye in paste and fry for 3 to 5 minutes
Add 2 litre water and close pressure cooker for 5 hours on low flame
Add 1 TS of Garam Masla and chopped Coriander Leaves in Cooked Paye and mix well.
