Onion (Cubic Chopped) 1 Medium Sized
Tomatoes (Cubic Chopped) 4 Medium Sized
Green Chilli (Thin Chopped) 1
Olives (Sliced) 6
Eggs 2
Cooking Oil 3 TS
Salt 1 ts
Red Chilli Powder 1 ts or As per taste
Directions
Fry chopped onion but do not change the color
Add chopped Tomatoes and Green Chilli in fried Onion
Add Salt and Red Chilli Powder in mixture
Beat Eggs well in bowl
Add beaten eggs in mixture and cook for 5 minutes
Add sliced olives and cook for a minute
