Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Chicken 1/2 kgs

  • Garlic Ginger Paste 2 tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp

  • Ajino Motto 1 tsp

  • Carrot(chopped in small pieces) medium sized 1 nos

  • Cauliflower (Chopped in Small Pieces)small sized 1 nos

  • Cornflour 3 tsp

  • Eggs 2 nos

  • Soya Sauce 1 tsp

  • Chilli Sauce 1 tsp

Directions

    Put chicken in 1 liter water

  • 02

    Add garlic ginger paste, black pepper powder, ajino motto and salt in it.

    Cook it on medium flame for 20 minutes.

    Take chicken out and keep the chicken soup (Yakhni) separately. DO NOT THROW.

    Shred boiled chicken well.

  • 06

    Add vegetables and shredded chicken in soup (Yakhni).

    Add Cornflour in half cup of water and make good paste

  • 08

    Add CornFlour paste in soup / yakhni as well.

  • 09

    Cook on medium high flame to get soup / yakhni thick

  • 10

    Beat Egg Whites only

  • 11

    Add slowly beaten egg whites when soup becomes thick

  • 12

    Cook on low flame to get thick soup (for 5 minutes)

  • 13

    Add sauces per serving and serve with bread sticks
