Dried Cranberries 25 grms
Self Raising Flour 112 grms
Castor Sugar 50 grms
Orange Zest 1/2 tsp
Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp
Melted And Cooled Butter 25 grms
In a bowl take butter melt in microwave and let it cool.
Add eggs , sugar and vanilla extract into the cooled butter and wisk nicely.
In another bowl add all the dry ingredients, almonds, cranberry and orange zest. Mix nicely.
Make a log shape and bake in the preheated oven for 15mins at 160°C.
After 15mins take out from the oven let it cool.
Now cut the log in slices.
Bake them again for 15mins.
