  • Fresh green peas 2cup


  • Fresh malai 2 cup


  • 3 chopped onion


  • 2 tomato


  • 2green chilly


  • 1 small piece ginger


  • 4-5 garlic cloves


  • 2 tbsp ghee


  • 1 tbsp dhaniya powder


  • 1 tbsp red chili powder


  • 1/2 tbsp haldi powder


  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala


  • 1 tbsp kasuri methi


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1/2 tbsp jeera


  • 2 cup paani

Directions

  • Methi ko dho k kaat le
  • Kdai me thoda sa ghee daal k methi daal k bhune
  • Isme 1/2 tbsp salt add kre
  • 1 minit tk chalane k bad gas bnd krk methi ko ek bowl me nikal le
  • Fir kadai ko gas pe rakh k usme ghee dale thoda grm hone k bad jeera dale fir chopped onion dale
  • Tomato ginger garlic or green chili ka paste bna le fir ise onion k bad add kre
  • Thodi der bhunne k bad matar daale or thodi der bhune
  • Uske bad saare masale dale or achhe se bhun le
  • Isme methi daale or chalaye fir isme malai daale or thodi der chalane k bad pani daale
  • Namak daal k 5 minit tak pakaye fir gas bnd krde
  • Grm masala or kasuri methi daal k roti ya naan k sath serve kre
