Ingredients

  • Eggs 4

  • Flour 150 gm

  • Suger 150 gm

  • Chocolate powder 4 tsp

  • Spriggourmet essence 1tsp

  • Bottleguard grinded 1/4 cup

  • For CHOCOLATE CREAM_Butter 50 gm

  • Suger 5 tsp

  • Chocolate powder 3 tsp

  • Milk powder 3 tsp

  • Milk liquid 4 tsp

    Take bowl add eggs ,oil mixed it well.add bottleguard grinded also.

    Add flour and spriggourmet essence,and batter it well.

    Now take two cake mould and greas it well.

    One bowl add white batter and another part add chocolate batter.

    Take big size kodai keep it for 20 minutes with low flame .

    Now remove it.

    Arrange it .like one part white then chocolate part.

    Then make a chocolate cream .

    Take a bowl add butter,suger milk and chocolate powder mixed it well.

    Cover it well.

    Now it's time to serve chessboard cake with bottleguard.
