  • 2½ cup wheat flour

  • 1½ cup sugar

  • half of 1 cup vegetable oil

  • 2 Cup orange juice

  • 2 tbsp yeast

  • For Syrup- 1 cup orange juice

  • ¾ cup of 1 cup sugar

  • For decoration- 2 oranges zest


  • Add orange juice ,oil and sugar in a blender blend until all ingredients mix well
  • Now add flour and beat again
  • Then add yeast and beat
  • Grease the baking tin pour the mixture and place in the preheated microwave at 180 degrees for 40 minutes
  • For syrup mix orange juice and sugar in a pan let it boil on a low flame until it thicken
  • The Syrup can't get too liquid and not too caramel
  • Pour the syrup still hot on the cake
  • Decorate it with oranges zest
