125 gm whole wheat flour
80 gm powdered sugar
50 ml milk
40 gm pure ghee
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp spring golden matcha
In a bowl add ghee.
Add powdered sugar and beat well
Now add milk whisk together.
Add whole wheat flour, baking powder and spring golden matcha.
Knead a dough.
Flatten the dough with rolling pin and cut the tea bag shape with the help of knife.
I used the cookie impress for embossing sprig and make a hole with toothpick.
Line the baking tray with parchment paper and Pre-heat oven at 180°c.
Now bake it for 12 - 15 minutes on 180° c.
Let it cool for 10 minutes.
Now serve it with tea or coffee.
