  • 2 teaspoon of ginger garlic and chilli paste

  • 2 tablespoon of roasted chickpea flour

  • 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder

  • 3 teaspoons of coriander powder

  • 1 teaspoon of coconut powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder

  • 1 tablespoon of jaggery

  • 2 tablespoon of oil

  • 1 and half teaspoon of salt

  • 1 bunch of coriander leaves

  • 4 bitter gourd

  • 1 teaspoon of Cummin seeds

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 lemon


  • Peel the bitter gourd and remove the seeds from the middle
  • slightly cut the bitter gourd from the middle so that it can be stuffed
  • now let us prepare the stuffing
  • take a bowl and add chickpea flour ginger garlic and chilli paste coriander leaves coriander powder turmeric powder red chilli powder coconut powder salt jaggery and a little bit of oil and mix it well
  • boil the bitter gourd with salt until you hear one whistle
  • now feel it with the stuffing prepared
  • take a pan and add some oil with cummin seeds and let it crackle
  • now at the stuffed bitterguard in the pan
  • let it cook on a slow flame for about 5 minutes
  • serve it with Roti or paratha
