Peel the bitter gourd and remove the seeds from the middle
slightly cut the bitter gourd from the middle so that it can be stuffed
now let us prepare the stuffing
take a bowl and add chickpea flour ginger garlic and chilli paste coriander leaves coriander powder turmeric powder red chilli powder coconut powder salt jaggery and a little bit of oil and mix it well
boil the bitter gourd with salt until you hear one whistle
now feel it with the stuffing prepared
take a pan and add some oil with cummin seeds and let it crackle
now at the stuffed bitterguard in the pan
let it cook on a slow flame for about 5 minutes
serve it with Roti or paratha
