  • 6 Fresh Bread SLICES , Grated Betaroot, grated carrot, Finely chopped Onion, finely chopped cabbage, Fresh Bean's (matar), salt to taste, Red Chilli sauce, Chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander leaves, chopped garlic and Ginger, Tomato sauce, grated potato, oil for deep fry, (Vegetables You can use as your choice)


  • Firstly take a pan Heat the oil or butter, add chopped and grated vegetables one by one, until cooked . do not over cook. next add masala ingredients. mix well. further add the sauces and salt to taste give a good mix. after cool this mixture completely. next Take bread slices and cut the brown edges.gently Dip in water and press with hands remove water thoroughly. Then stuff in cooled veg mixture on the bread and cover it , like a ball shape and gently press with hands. Now rest for this cutlet at least 15 minutes. Because while frying that time bread brokend in the oil. After 15 minutes deep fry in oil .they becomes golden brown colour. Now veg bread cutlet is ready to serve. Thank you.....
