firstly take a mixing bowl, add 2 cup of plain flour, baking powder.
next add orange colour, 3 tbsp refine oil mix well,
add water little by little to knead tight dough.rest 10 minutes,
same as take the another 2 cup of plain flour, add yellow food colour and refine oil and baking powder. and mix well make a tight dough.then keep it Aside for 10 mins.
after 10 mins take a dough's 2 mins knead to smooth and make a small size ball from 2 dough's, then take one orange colour ball press or flatten with two hands fill the yellow colour ball inside and cover it completely. Make this type all balls,
next take sharp knife cut the balls gently star shape. Remember half cut only do not cut full of ball. like while stuffing brinjal when you cut into half portion that like do this.
Lastly deep fry in hot oil. Next make a sugar syrup 400 GM of sugar additionally add cardamom powder, 500 ml of water when sugar dissolved in water completely, next boil it 5 mins, and off the flame. Then fried flowers dip in sugar syrup 2 mins . After garnish with dry fruits. finally serve Delicious sweet flowers..
