Ingredients

  • All purpose flour 200 grams

  • Powder sugar 150 grams

  • Eggs 2

  • Sprig bourbon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon

  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon

  • Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon

  • Milk 1 and 1/2 cup

  • Oil 3/4 cup

  • Coccoa powder 2 tablespoons

Directions

    First of all sift all purpose flour, powder sugar, cocco powder , baking soda and baking powder, preferably 2 -3 times

  • 02

    Now in a mixing bowl take eggs amd and sprig bourbon vanilla extract

  • 03

    With the help of a hand blender beat it until light and fluffy

    Now add milk amd oil to it amd and beat it again for some time

  • 05

    Now add sifted flour to beaten material in small quantities

  • 06

    And mix well until a uniform smooth batter

    Take a microwave oven safe dish or container , grese it with some oil and dust it with some flour

    Pour the ready cake batter into container

    By the time preheat microwave on high temperature

    Place the container in to microwave , amd and micro it for 5-8 minutes on high temperature

    Allow it to stand inside until cool completely

    Later , demould it , garnish as per liking

    Cut and serve
