  • All purpose flour 200 grams

  • Powder sugar 150 grams

  • Eggs 2

  • Sprig bourbon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon

  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon

  • Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon

  • Milk 1 and 1/2 cup

  • Oil 3/4 cup

  • Coccoa powder 2 tablespoons


  • First of all sift all purpose flour, powder sugar, cocco powder , baking soda and baking powder, preferably 2 -3 times
  • Now in a mixing bowl take eggs amd and sprig bourbon vanilla extract
  • With the help of a hand blender beat it until light and fluffy
  • Now add milk amd oil to it amd and beat it again for some time
  • Now add sifted flour to beaten material in small quantities
  • And mix well until a uniform smooth batter
  • Take a microwave oven safe dish or container , grese it with some oil and dust it with some flour
  • Pour the ready cake batter into container
  • By the time preheat microwave on high temperature
  • Place the container in to microwave , amd and micro it for 5-8 minutes on high temperature
  • Allow it to stand inside until cool completely
  • Later , demould it , garnish as per liking
  • Cut and serve
