Take a bowl, sieve wheat flour and baking powder.
Beat butter and sugar until it attains a creamy texture
Now beat egg whites and yellow yolk seperately adding vanilla essence
To the wheat flour mixture add cocoa powder and sieve it.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 2-3 mins
Now pour all the above mixture in a cake mould
Tap the cake mould to set it.
Now put it in the oven and let it bake for 30min at 160 degrees
Now let it cool and cut the cake into two slices
On one slice of cake layer icecream of your favourite flavour
Now take 4-5tsp of cocoa powder, icing sugar and butter to it to form a smooth texture.
And design it as it looks in the image and sprinkle all dry fruits
And place it in the freezer for 10mins
Remove it from freezer and have an yummy slice of Icecream cake
