  • 1 cup curd

  • 1 cup all purpose flour

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp sprig vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp crushed chocolate biscuits

  • 1/2 cup whipped cream


  • Preheat oven at160°
  • Line the baking tray
  • Mix sugar and curd till creamy
  • Add baking powder and baking soda and mix
  • Add all purpose flour and mix in cut and fold process
  • Add essence and mix
  • Divide the batter in two batches
  • In one part add cocoa powder and mix
  • Fill these twi batter in separate cone
  • Put one line of white batter than continue with cocoa batter
  • Like this make pattern alternatively
  • Bake this for 7-10 minutes in preheated oven at 160°
  • Transfer this cake on another butter paper
  • Spread whipped cream on it and sprinkle chocolate biscuit crumbs in it
  • Roll it tightly like a log
  • Wrap it in butter paper and keep it in fridge for at least half an hour
