Preheat oven at160°
Line the baking tray
Mix sugar and curd till creamy
Add baking powder and baking soda and mix
Add all purpose flour and mix in cut and fold process
Add essence and mix
Divide the batter in two batches
In one part add cocoa powder and mix
Fill these twi batter in separate cone
Put one line of white batter than continue with cocoa batter
Like this make pattern alternatively
Bake this for 7-10 minutes in preheated oven at 160°
Transfer this cake on another butter paper
Spread whipped cream on it and sprinkle chocolate biscuit crumbs in it
Roll it tightly like a log
Wrap it in butter paper and keep it in fridge for at least half an hour
