Ingredients

Serves 10

  • Butter/ Oil- 200gms (1 cup)

  • Sugar- 2 cups

  • Eggs-4

  • All purpose flour/ Self-rising flour- 2 ½ cup

  • Baking powder- pinch or 1/4th teaspoon

  • Baking Soda- 1/4th teaspoon

  • Strawberry essence- 2 teaspoons

  • Salt-pinch 1/4 th teaspoon se bhi kam

  • Full cream milk 3/4th cup

  • Food colors- 2 drops each for decoration of cake (green,yellow and rust) and 2 drops of pink colour to put in whipped cream

  • Sugarwater syrup 4-5 tablespoons

  • Whipped Cream 1 big bowl

  • Icing sugar 4 teaspoons

  • Piping bags and nozzles 5-6 or as required

  • Silver sprinkler balls 1/2 teaspoon

  • Pink jelly 2 teaspoon

Directions

    Preheat the oven 180oC.

    Beat the oil/butter well (in a bowl) then add the sugar and eggs mix well using a electric mixer until creamily mixed together

    Whisk well till frothy stage. Add the milk, salt, food colour, strawberry essence and beat well. Then add the flour half cup at a time and fold well till combined

    Put the mixture into the prepared cake tins and smooth the surface with a spatula

    Bake until a skewer inserted comes out clean.Cool well

    Whip the whipping cream well in between adding the icing sugar. At last add food color and strawberry essence and keep inside fridge till you use

    Divide the cake into three layers, put sugar water syrup in each layer and then put some whipped cream, repeat the process and then finally cover the cake with the frosting cream, put pink jelly on the sides and decorate nicely

    Remove the legs of the doll (if it is so long) and Insert the doll on top of the cake

    Insert the doll on top and finish the dolls full dress by star nozzle or different nozzle of your choice

    Make flowers and leaves as per own wish, put silver sprinklers on roses

    Ready to serve
