Fruit Cake Made Of Whole Wheat Flour

  • 2 cup wheat flour

  • 1cup sugar powder

  • 1 cup milk powder

  • 3/4 cup melted ghee

  • 3/4 spoon baking powder

  • 1/2 spoon baking soda

  • 1cup milk

  • Vanilla essence 5drops

  • 1cup of dry fruits,and trutti frutti soaked in red rum for 4hours minimum


  • Sieve the dry ingredients except sugar powder.
  • In melted ghee add sugar powder and mix well.
  • Now add milk to it and quickly mix.
  • And now add dry Ingredients in batches to the above mixture and combine well everything into a better using cut and fold method.
  • Add vanilla essence to n batter.
  • Add the soaked dry fruits and mix well. Don't over mix the batter.
  • Preheat your oven and grease the tin.
  • Now keep the the tin for baking inside the oven at 170° for 40-50 minutes.
  • Transfer the cake batter to the greased tin and tap the tin thrice to remove the the air if any.
  • Prick a toothpick and checks if it comes out clean
  • Take out the cake and let it cool completely abd the cut and serve.
