Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Wet ingredients: 2 eggs, 2 1/2 tbsp vanilla essence, 1 1/2 to 2 cups water

  • 1 1/2 cups flour

  • 3 tbsp sugar (you can add more)

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp cloves spice

  • 1/4 bar chocolate (your choice)- cut into tiny pieces (size is also your choice). You can substitute chocolate with fruits.

    First step, preheat oven to 180 degrees and prep baking tray, I used donut baking tray for this.

    2nd step, mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.

    3rd step, mix the dry ingredients in another bowl. I used a jag for this only because its easy when pouring out the mix.

    4th step, add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mix well, paying close attention to the flour At the bottom of the bowl. Be sure to mix all of it properly.

    5th step, pour the mixture onto your tray, and into the oven. Using a toothpick or skewer, Check to see how far the cake is cooked, if they come out clean, it's ready, of not the leave it for a while longer. Once its ready set them aside to cool. I enjoyed this a cup of milk tea 🤗
