Sieve all purpose flour baking soda and baking powder for 3 to 4 times
In a mixing bowl add butter ,milk , sugar,cannula essence, nutmeg powder ,eggs and rose water
Beat all the ingredients until light and fluffy
Now add flour mixture in this batter and fold it well
Add some of the pistachios also
Grease a baking tin dust it with flour
Pour the mixture in the baking tin
Place it in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes
Let the cake get cool, remove from the oven
Firstly pour the honey over the cake and sprinkle rest of the pistachios
Then decorate with edible roses or patels of rose
