Sieve the flour,baking powder and coco powder thrice.
In a mixing bowl add sugar , oil , yoghurt and whisk . Now start adding dry ingredient into wet mixture laddle by laddle.
Add milk slowly and make a smooth bater. Add sprig vanilla essence amd mix.
In another bowl dust the tutti frutti with flour and coat it very well. Now sprinkle the coated tutti frutti and combine.
Preheat the pan for 10 minutes. Grease the tin and pour the bater and tap twice.
Place the tin in a pan and bake the cake for 45 minutes.
When its done check with toothpick and allow it to cool completely. Demould the cake and slice the cake.
