All purpose flour 1 cup
Cashew nut powder 1 cup
Powdered Sugar 1 cup
Butter 1 cup
Yoghurt 1/2 cup
Milk 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tbs
Baking soda 1 tbs
Sprig vanilla essence 1 tbs
Cashews pieces 4 tbs
Sieve the flour , cashew powder , baking powder and soda thrice.
In a mixing bowl add butter , powdered sugar, yoghurt and whisk very well for 5 minutes. Now pour dry ingredient into wet mixture laddle by laddle. Pour milk slowly and mix to make a smooth bater.
Now add sprig vanilla essence and mix very well.
Mean while grease the tin with oil and dust flour. Preheat the pan with salt and stand for 10 minutes. Bake the cake for 45 minutes.
When its done take it out and allow to cool it completely.
Sprinkle powdered sugar and decorate with cashew pieces. Slice the cake and serve.
