In a mixing bowl add condensed milk and butter mix till fluffy
Then add vanilla essence, sieve maida, baking soda, baking powder,vinegar
Mix well and add gradually milk make poring consistency better
Then make 3 equal parts from batter
Add green colour in One part
Add orange color in another part
Leave white as it is
In cupcakes mould first add 1 tablespoon green batter, then add 1 tablespoon white batter and then 1 tablespoon orange batter
In preheat oven bake it for 15 min.
Then cool it on wire rack and demould it and serve it.
