Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cup maida


  • 1 cup condensed milk


  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence


  • 1 teaspoon baking powder


  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda


  • 3-4 drops rose emulsion


  • 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate


  • 1/2 cup milk


  • 1/4 cup oil


  • 1 teaspoon chocolate vermicelli


  • 1 teaspoon sugar flower for garnish

Directions

  • Preheat oven for 5 min. On 180 degree
  • In a mixing bowl add condensed milk, oil, vanilla essence, and stir till fluffy
  • Then sieve maids, baking powder, baking soda, mix well
  • Then make 2 equal parts from batter
  • Add rose emulsion in one part well
  • Then pore both batter in separate piping bag
  • In greased mould first add pink, and then white batter repeat this process till batter finished
  • Now bake it for 30 min. On 180 degree
  • Then cool it and drizzle melted dark chocolate
  • Sprinkle chocolate vermicelli and sugar flower
