In the flour add baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder
Add coffee powder in the flour mixture, mix well and keep it aside
In the lukewarm milk add sugar, butter ,and curd.
Mix them well ,now add vanilla essence
Combine liquid batter with dry flour mix
Grease the cake Tin and dust it with the flour
Pour batter into the cake tin
Bake it for 20 minutes at 200 degree Celsius
in another Pan roast coffee for 15 seconds
Add water, jaggery, butter, and honey and boil till thick
Demold the cake on serving plate
Pour jaggery glaze on the top
Decorate with mint leaves , cut and serve
