  • Leftover chapti 3

  • Wheat flour 1/2cup

  • 1teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2cupsugar

  • 1/4cupoil

  • 1/3cupcurd

  • 1 teaspoon vinger

  • 1teaspoon vanilla essence

  • Whipping cram 1 cup

  • Cheery 15no.

  • Dark chocolate grated 1/2cup

  • Milk 1/2cup

  • 1 table spon cocoa powder


  • Grind chapti in mixer to make a fine past
  • Take powder chapti in bowel.add wheat flour baking powder baking soda seive it
  • Add cocoa powder sugar powder seive and mix well
  • Add oil curd milk and make a batter
  • Then add vinger and vanilla essence mix well.
  • Grase cake tin with butter and dust it.
  • Preheat pressure cooker
  • Pour butter papaer in a grased tin and add cake batter.
  • Tap tin 2 _3times.
  • Put cake tin in preheated cooker and bake for 35 min in medium flame.
  • Check it with tooth pick.if its clear then cake is bake.
  • Cool it.and demould after cooling.
  • Cut cake in to two layer
  • Take whipping cream and beat it .
  • Take plate and put some cram on plate put one cake layer.
  • Spread sugar syrup on cake.
  • Spread cram on layer.
  • Put another layer of cake on 1st layer
  • Spread sugar syrup.
  • Same way apply cream on it.
  • Cover all cake with cream.
  • Clean cake edges and sides
  • Pour cram in piping bag and make a roses.
  • Garnish with cherryand dark chocolate.
