Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1 cup flour


  • 2 eggs


  • 1 cup butter


  • 1 cup powder sugar


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1 tsp vanila essence


  • 200 gram Fondant


  • 2 cup whipped cream


  • 1 cup sugar syrup


  • 1 drop of Pink,green and black colour

Directions

  • Beat butter and sugar till creamy and fluffy
  • Add one by one egg and beat
  • Add vanila essence
  • Sieve flour and baking powder
  • Mix dry ingredients in wet and fold them
  • Grease a mould and line
  • If battar is thick add some milk
  • Mix finely and pour battar in mould
  • Bake 25 to 30 min.at 180 degree
  • When bake let it cool
  • Take sugar syrup and brush on cake
  • Cover with whip cream for crumb coating
  • Keep in freeze for 1 hour
  • Now take fondant and add green pink and black colour in small portions
  • Roll down white one and cover cake
  • Set it on cake carefully
  • Remove extra parts
  • Now make quilling with coloured fondant
  • Stick on cake with help of water
  • Add green Colour in whip cream
  • And pipe outside the cake
  • Our cake is ready to serve
