  • 200 grams refined flour

  • 200 grams unsalted butter

  • 200 grams sugar

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 2 teaspoons Sprig natural Bourbon Vanilla

  • 1/2 cup chopped dry fruits (mix of almond, cashew nuts and raisins)

  • 1 Pinch of salt


  • preheat your oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree Celsius
  • grease your Muffin moulds with butter and keep it ready.
  • beat butter till glossy
  • add sugar and Beat till light and fluffy
  • add vanilla essence eggs into the sugar and butter mixture one by one and keep beating
  • in a separate bowl sift together flour, baking powder, salt and keep aside
  • now add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients in small batches and mix by cut and fold method with the help of a spatula
  • immediately transfer the batter into the greased Muffin moulds
  • liberally Sprinkle dry fruits on top and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • let the muffins come to room temperature before De- moulding
  • dry fruit Vanilla muffins are ready to be served.
