preheat your oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree Celsius
grease your Muffin moulds with butter and keep it ready.
beat butter till glossy
add sugar and Beat till light and fluffy
add vanilla essence eggs into the sugar and butter mixture one by one and keep beating
in a separate bowl sift together flour, baking powder, salt and keep aside
now add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients in small batches and mix by cut and fold method with the help of a spatula
immediately transfer the batter into the greased Muffin moulds
liberally Sprinkle dry fruits on top and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
let the muffins come to room temperature before De- moulding
dry fruit Vanilla muffins are ready to be served.
