Ingredients

Serves : 15
  • 150 grams whole wheat flour


  • 150 grams oats flour


  • 300 grams unsalted butter


  • 3 teaspoons Sprig Natural Bourboun Vanilla


  • 3 teaspoons baking powder


  • 6 eggs


  • 300 gms sugar


  • 1 cup chopped dry fruits ( mix of almond, cashew nuts and raisins)


  • 1 Pinch of salt

Directions

  • Preheat your oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
  • grease your Bundt cake pan with butter and line it with parchment paper and grease it too and sprinkle some flour on it. keep it ready.
  • beat butter till glossy.
  • add sugar and Beat till light and fluffy.
  • in a separate bowl sift together wheat flour, oats flour, baking powder, salt and keep aside.
  • add vanilla essence, egg into the sugar and butter mixture, one by one and keep beating.
  • now add dry ingredients into the wet ingredients in small batches and mix by cut and fold method with the help of a spatula.
  • immediately transfer the batter into the lined cake tin.
  • Liberally Sprinkle dry fruits on top and bake at 180 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • let the cake come to room temperature before de-moulding.
