Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cup ragi flour


  • 1/2 cup oats( make powder in mixing jar)


  • 1 cup sugar powder


  • 1/2 cup milk powder


  • 1/4cup oil


  • 1 cup milk


  • 1 teaspoon vinegar


  • 1 teaspoon baking powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda


  • 1/2 cup mix chopped keshew, almond, walnuts,black raisins


  • 1 teaspoon sprig vanilla essence


  • 3 tablespoon melted dark chocolate


  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds


  • 3 tablespoon sugar powder

Directions

  • In a milk mix vinegar and keep aside
  • In a mixing bowl sieve ragi flour, sugar power, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda,oats powder
  • Then add oil, milk, vanilla essence,and half of dryfruits
  • Make ribbin consistency batter
  • In a baking tin put butter paper and pore the batter in it sprinkle rest of dryfruits
  • Tap twice
  • In a preheat oven bake it for 25-30 min.
  • Then cool it
  • Then demould it
  • Sprinkle powder sugar, garnish with melted dark chocolate and pumpkin seeds
  • Serve it
