All purpose flour 1 cup
Almond powder 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar 3/4th cup
Butter 3/4th cup
Condensed milk 1/2 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1 tbs
Baking soda 1 tbs
Sprig vanilla essence 1 tbs
Sieve the flour, almond powder , baking powder and baking soda thrice.
In a mixing bowl add melted butter, condensed milk and sugar. Whisk very well for atleast 5 minutes.
Now pour dry ingredient into wet mixture and mix. Add milk little by little and make a smooth bater. Add sprig vanilla essence and mix.
Meanwhile grease the tin and preheat a pan for 10 minutes with lid on in low flame.
Pour the bater in greased tin and place the tin in the pan. Bake the cake for 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes check with toothpick , if its come clean then its done. Demould the cake and place the cake in wire rack to cool it down completely.
Now decorate the cake with powdered sugar and almonds. Slice the cake and serve.
