1- Firstly in a glass bowl add 2 tbsp sugar to this add 1 cup warm milk (milk must b warm and not hot) stir it nicely to this add yeast give it a quick stir and keep aside in a warm place for 10 mins, till yeast becomes frothy
2- Now in a large mixing bowl add maida, milk powder, salt and mix well to this add yeast mixture and combine everything well and prepare a dough,knead for 5mins
3- Cover the dough with kitchen towel and keep aside to rest for 2 hrs in a warm place
4- Mean while prepare the stuffing, heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add chopped green chilles,chopped onion fry till translucent next add finger garlic paste fry for 1 min
5- Now add chopped capsicum, corn and palak fry for 5 mins, add salt garam masala powder, boiled and mashed potatoes, corn and green peas mix everything well (do not add water) add coriander leaves and fry for 5 mins and switch off the flame.
6- Add 1 tsp lemon juice & mozarella cheese to vegetable mix well and keep aside
7- Once dough doubles in size take dough on kitchen surface
8- Punch the dough, knead for 2 -3 mins and make 2 equal sized balls out of this
9- Roll this balls and prepare 2 chapatis (dont roll too thick or thin)
10- Now in a greased baking tray add one chapati, add stuffing over it as shown in picture
11- Now top of this place one more chapati,seal the sides nicely and keep one small bowl in the centre as shown below
12- Now make cuts with the knife
13- Similarly twist rest of the petals and remove the bowl from centre
14- Now brush little butter in the centre add sprinkle some black sesame seeds on top of that
15- Now cover and rest this for 30 mins in warm place, After 30 mins brush this with some milk
16- Now preheat oven for 10 mins at 200 degree centigrade and bake for 25 mins or till done
17- Now remove tray from oven and let it cool in room temperature
18- Sunflower bread is ready to serve
