When you think of having something light and healthy, and when you are really taking serious decision on taking diet control which we hardly take in between i was taking it very seriously that i should diet to keep control on weight and keep myself healthy but things are very hard sometimes when related to food ha ha any ways will be posting some diet control recipes take a look.

Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cups chopped mix veggies carrot, corn, spring onion,


  • 2 tsp salt,add as per taste


  • 1 cups chopped coriander


  • 1 tbsp black pepper


  • 3 tbsp corn flour


  • 2 tbsp ginger and garlic chopped


  • 1/2 nos lemon


  • 1/2 cups french beans


  • 2 cups chickpeas boiled


  • 1 tbsp turmeric


  • 6-7 nos clove of garlic use as much as you want in quantity to eat


  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tbsp jeera/ cumin


  • 4 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Chopp all veggies, ginger and garlic and boil corn, chop coriander and keep ready here I am not using green chilly will use black pepper
  • Heat pan add oil and when it is hot enough add ginger and garlic and saute for 2 minutes
  • Next add carrot, French beans and spring onion and fry for another 5 minutes
  • Now add boiled corn and salt
  • Add 3 cups of water and boil for 5 minutes
  • Now add corn flour which I mixed in normal water in a cup
  • Now add black pepper lemon juice and mix well keep on low flame
  • Add chopped coriander leaves , Mix well for 2 minutes, Cover with lid and keep for 5 minutes and your delicious soup is ready .
  • For making garlic chana i had kept chickpeas to soak overnight and morning i had add in preassure cooker with adding salt and turmeric powder and when chickpeas is cooked Heat pan add oil when it is hot enough add jeera and add red chilli powder
  • Put garlic cloves as it is don't peel the skin but wash and dry garlic to remove any kind of dirt on it .
  • Add boiled chickpeas I had used salt and turmeric while boiling now fry with garlic on low flame to make crispy if you required salt u can sprinkle later from top.
  • Keep the lid cover for 5 minutes and your garlic chana is ready to eat
