  • Okra 500g Potato 2 big (cut thick in lengthwise) Onion 3 (diced) Green chilly (cut in lengthwise) Haldi 1tsp Pisa dhaniya 1tsp Garam masala 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Mustard oil 1 cup

    Wash Okra, dry and cut in 2 pieces (lengthwise) Heat oil in a wok or kadali Add potato pieces and fry it half or till light brown, set a side Add green chilly pieces and cook for 20 seconds Add diced onion and saute for 5 minutes Add okra stir and cover Cook till it soft... stir between It's take 10-15 minutes Add half fry potato stir Add Whole Masala Stir and cook for 10 minutes without lid stir between Serve hot
