  • All purpose flour 3 tbsp
  • Sugar powder 3 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1/8
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Milk 3 tbsp
  • Orange zest 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh orange juice 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1

Directions

  • Sieve the flour and baking powder  for two to three times Mix the dry ingredients to wet ingredients and pour the batter into the mould Microwave high for two minutes.
