Take a spring foam pan and line it with butter paper
Take the digestive biscuit, good day biscuit along with butter and grind it
Arrange the biscuit base on the spring pan base
Let it set in the refrigarator
Take the cream cheese, hung curd and condense milk and grind itbrise a smooth paste
Mix the warm water and the gelatin together and let it sit for sometine
Once the gelatin becomes slimy, add it to the cream cheese batter and mix well
Now take our spring pan and arrange the Gulab Jamuns on the base of the digestive biscuit
Pour the cream cheese batter over the Gulab jamuns
Let it set for 8 to 10 hrs
Decorate with left over sliced Jamuns. Rose buds and some pistachios
