Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • Butter 65 grms


  • Cream Cheese 60 grms


  • Ground Pistachio 30 grms


  • Powdered Sugar 135 grms


  • Eggs 2


  • Vanilla Extract 1 tsp


  • Maida 90 grms


  • Baking Powder 1/4 tsp


  • Salt 1/4 tsp


  • Chopped Pistachio 40 grms


  • Pistachio 20 grms (for decoration)


  • White Chocolate 100 grms (for Decoration)


  • Green Color 2-3 drops

Directions

  • First cream the butter , cream cheese, ground pistachio and powdered sugar till creamy and light.
  • Add eggs,vanilla extract, green colour and mix nicely.
  • Now add maida, baking powder, salt and chopped pistachio. Mix nicely.
  • Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle some pistachio (for decoration) on top.
  • Bake at pre heated oven at 160°C for 30-35 mins
  • When cool drizzle with white chocolate.. Enjoy .!!
